Itäharju and Turku cemetary

Drove around aimlessly with friends, ended up in Itäharju industrial area.

Not too much to see there, except bunny art.

Very few signs of life.

Determined to spend the day outside, but having no real plans, our next stop was the cemetery.

What a weird outing.

Spent some time wandering around the community gardens in Kupittaa near the city centre.

The allotments, established in 1934, may be moved or even eradicated soon as the city is broke 

and wants to lease the land to others than urban gardeners. I really hope that wont happen though.

Not too much happening there this time of the year. Even this guy is sleeping.

Restaurant Day in Turku. Greenpeace was handing out ginger tea and and polar bear hugs.

We also visited a restaurant serving veggie burritos in Puolalanpuisto and had a taste of chow 

mein and lemon sorbet in Kupittaa, but it seems like I was too busy eating to any take pictures.

I wanted to photograph one of my favorite trees but ended up liking the reflections more.

I have no idea why the saturation changes when uploading photos here. 

Is there a way I can prevent that from happening? 

Tried to decrease the saturation a few notches before uploading, getting closer...
